Six closes is $2,694, about a 1-bedroom in a pricey market. If all six stay you get about $179 a month on top. If a shop refunds in 60 days we take the $449 back.
The work
- Send us the part of town you want to walk.
- Pick 5 shops off the list we send back.
- Go see those 5 with the site, the price, and a pay link.
- Packets die after 7 days. Send another area when you want more shops.
