Start with who you are and the town you walk. That is how we open your map and put shops on streets you can actually get to this week.
1. Your info
This is the deal in writing so payday is not a handshake. You knock. We build. $449 the week the shop pays. About $30 a month while they stay. You do not design, collect cash, or chase invoices.
2. Agreement
1. Role. Partner presents the Company’s pre-built website offer in person. Partner sells. Company builds, launches, hosts, bills, and supports. Partner does not design sites, collect customer money, or promise extra work.
2. Price. Only $1,497 to go live and $149/mo after the first month. First month of care is included. No other price without written OK.
3. Pay. 30% of collected setup ($449 at the default ticket) the week Stripe shows Paid. 20% of each collected $149 (~$29.80) while that invoice bills.
4. Clawback. If the shop refunds or chargebacks within 60 days, setup commission on that deal comes back.
5. Money. Shop pays only on the Company Stripe link or QR. No Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, cash, or custom amounts. Breach ends the agreement and unpaid commission.
6. Close. Closed only when Stripe shows setup Paid. Partner is not the project manager.
7. Accounts. Customers and Stripe records belong to the Company.
8. End. Either side may end in writing. Earned setup stays paid subject to clawback. Residual runs only while the customer pays.
9. Status. Independent contractor, not an employee. Partner handles their own taxes.
10. Limits. No ranking or lead-volume promises.
We cannot send the $449 until a W-9 is on file. It opens on TaxBandits, not here. Use an EIN if you have one. We never see your SSN.
3. W-9
Opening the form…
Commission only moves when Stripe can drop it in your account. Two minutes. After this the map opens and you pick this week’s doors.
4. Bank
Forms are done. Drop a pin on the pocket you want to walk this week. We send shops with no website. You pick five and go see them.
